Bayshore by the Lake is a joint venture between ANDEV and Ganther Construction. The partnership owns a waterfront site in Oshkosh, WI that is zoned for up to 48 units of residential housing. The partnership is currently designing a project for empty nesters. The project will be developed in two stages. Phase I will be 29 units. The development will be the premier luxury senior development in Oshkosh. Prices will range from $150,000 to $300,000 per unit.
