Community Retirement Living (a wholly owned subsidiary of ANDEV) owns and operates group homes in smaller cities in Wisconsin. The group homes specialize in caring for the frail elderly. The company is currently in an expansion phase and will be adding to its portfolio of low cost senior housing projects in the Kenosha, Racine and Sheboygan markets.
